Title: Salmon with Lime and Dill

1lbSalmon fillet
1ts[heaping] dried dill leaves
  Or
4 Good sprigs of fresh dill
1mdLime
2tbButter
1/4tsSalt and fresh black
  Pepper

Preheat oven to 350 degrees Place salmon in a foil lined baking dish Sprinkle the dill evenly over the salmon Squeeze the juice of 1/2 of the lime over the fillet Evenly sprinkle the salt and pepper over the salmon Chunk 1 tablespoon of butter over the fillet, and cover tightly with foil Bake for 20-25 minutes depending on the thickness of the fillet Remove from oven and squeeze remaining lime juice over salmon and sprinkle the last 1 tablespoon of butter into the juices in the pan.
